First, turn off your Chromebook completely (don't just close the lid). 

Next, hold down the Refresh key and then press and hold the Power button. Hold both down for 5 seconds. (Power light blinks)

Release the Refresh key and then the Power button and your Chromebook will restart. If it doesn't start, press Power again.

When charging an HP G6, always plug the charger into the right side USBc port. Blow it out using a can of air.

If there is no power, open the chromebook and leave it plugged in, opened overnight.
